Rucan Games operates rucangames.co.uk. By using this site, you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. THE CONTRACT When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order (e.g., due to pricing errors or stock unavailability) before dispatch.

3. CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015 (UK) Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

  • As described: Products will match the description provided.

  • Fit for purpose: Goods will be of a quality that is reasonable to expect.

  • Satisfactory quality: Products will be free from defects (excluding minor cosmetic factory packaging wear). If a product is faulty, you have a 14-day right to reject the goods for a full refund.

4. RIGHT TO CANCEL (DISTANCE SELLING) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

  • Condition of Returns: To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unopened factory-sealed condition.

  • Exclusion: If the factory seal/shrink-wrap is broken on a TCG product (Booster Box, Pack, etc.), it is considered "unsealed" and is exempt from the right to cancel due to the nature of the product and its fluctuating market value.

5. PRICING & MARKET VOLATILITY Trading Card Game prices can change rapidly. We are not obligated to price-match previous prices or competitors. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
